We paid for breakfast in advance and then when we went this morning there was a sign saying that restaurant was closed so we had to go off property and buy breakfast and they said Orbitz would have to refund me the 14.95 x 2 for the prepaid breakfast. Can you help with that. The hotel also woke us at at 7:00 am delivering towels that we didn’t ask to be delivered. And lastly the fire alarm went off when I was in the shower and I had to evacuate the building.
First thing was and I know it was my fault for not paying attention but no Continental breakfast and we sat down and started eating before we knew it was a paying buffet. When we walked in the sign that is in there was not out front but back by the tables you sit at and we did not see it. Front desk was nice most of the time but stand off at times as well. Did not like giving quarters for the laundry room at all. While in hall was asked about service in room we said no thank you and she was not happy about that but can't figure out why, seems like less work but not happy. Bathroom paper holder was broken as well as the one that held the towels. No one ever came up to address it. 2 lamps with no light bulbs, never brought them to the room. Bathroom tub had a little something in it but i cleaned it just because i thought it would be quicker. Only 2 towels in room no hand towels or wash cloths. Not a terrible stay but was not a good stay either.

Noticed it wasn’t a clean hotel from the lobby, the elevators and room wasn’t either. Looks as if housekeeping does spot cleaning between guests.We didn’t use the pool because the flor of it had a visible film on bottom, pretty gross. I was obligated to stay at this hotel for an event. I wouldn’t stay again.
Right off the highway, not much in the immediate area except for car dealerships. Convenient place to stay.
