If breakfast was included, then why they charged??

Room was decent .

I didn’t like when I arrived at the hotel there were no concierge service and no one helped me with my luggage!! and I had a difficult time taking the luggage out of the car to the front desk and to my room, I did all of that alone without no help, even though the staff were there!!

Room had a weird smell which wasn't addressed.

Facilities were spacious. clean.

No microwave in room. No coffee/tea in the lobby included in your stay - you have to buy! No breakfast included. Parking nor included.

The cleaning staff misplaced my belongings while making the bed. Bad customer service

I liked that I was accommodated for receiving a dirty bedroom upon checking in.

I didn’t like the slow wifi, outdated tv, clogged shower drain, loud toilet flushing, loose door panels, no chair provided with our table, the sliding door leading to the restroom is easy to come off of its tracks, the cleanliness of the carpets, the unclean coffee makers.

Very friendly people, super clean
