I was in a 2nd floor room. I am a Titanium Elite member. The room is terrible- no place to put anything in the bathroom. Not a walk-in shower. TV didn’t work. The last time they put me in a room that wasn’t even made. That should have been the final time - never staying here again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience. The location was one of its strongest points—conveniently situated near major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, which made getting around very easy. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were welcoming and professional throughout my stay. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to respond and genuinely helpful. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and a modern design. I appreciated the small details like ample lighting, a spacious bathroom, and reliable Wi-Fi. However, the walls were a bit thin, and I occasionally heard noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. Amenities were solid overall. The fitness center was adequately equipped, and the breakfast offered a decent variety of options, though it could get crowded during peak hours. Housekeeping did a good job keeping everything tidy each day. If I had to point out a downside, it would be the price relative to some of the minor inconveniences, like noise and limited seating in common areas. Still, the quality of service and the prime location made up for it. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and friendly service. It’s a reliable choice, especially for short stays or business trips.
