The Westin Tysons Corner

I had a wonderful stay at the Westin at Tysons Corner, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible staff. Marie at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind from the moment I arrived. Marie went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of, and her positive attitude truly made a difference in my experience. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do and cares so much about guests. Because of Marie, my stay felt personal and memorable, not just routine. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

I’ve stayed at countless hotels around the world but none feels like I’m going to my home away from home like The Westin Tysons Corner. Marie greets us with warmth and love and treats us like family instead of simply like valued guests. The location, value and amenities of this fine property can’t be beat. And we look forward to many more enjoyable stays at our second home.

Came into town to see the sights and my husband's Christmas party happened to be the same time. This hotel was close to all. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. LOVED Marcus, the shuttle driver! He was so friendly and remembered us, and couldn't wait to share! LOVED Him! Our room was decent. I like them when there's a table near the couch, too, but not a huge deal. Front desk staff was good, and we used the shuttle both days we were there! Easy Peasy!

I usually stay at the Westin when I return to VA for a business trip or vacation. I usually have a good experience at this hotel. Everyone is cordial and professional. However this time, I met the kindest and most positive front desk staff, Marie, when I checked in. It was a long day of hectic flight disruptions and Marie's professionalism and happy demeanor made it all better when I checked in. Marie was very personable and attentive to every hotel guests that night. She's truly a gem!

I recently visited the Westin in Tyson’s Corner, and the entire staff were spectacular. It all began with Marie at the front desk that greeted me very warmly, and was very kind. She went above and beyond to help me get checked in and comfortable. She also gave me some kind words of encouragement for my upcoming business meeting I was freaking out about, she is a gem. Next, the bartender Ruben was very kind and helpful and provided excellent service. There was also an older gentleman, I don’t remember his name but he worked the afternoon shift during happy hour Friday 12/5. He was EXTREMELY helpful giving me insight into the shuttles, metro, and told me all about the museums and how to enjoy them. He even went to the front desk and asked them how to sign up for the shuttle for me. I had an overall pleasant experience. The housekeeping team was kind as well and i highly recommend this location. I stayed in room 1005 12/4/25-12/6/25.

Wonderful experience. Hotel is in a great location, rooms very nice. Most importantly was the staff and customer service. Was checked in by a wonderful woman named Marie. She was so helpful, kind and courteous and went out of her way to make me feel welcomed. Would highly recommend this hotel.
