I was supposed to be refunded for my booking bcz of the property not being clean and unhygienic rooms. The property manager promised me a refund for one of my room which was not even checked in bcz of the rooms not being cleaned and maintained. It’s been more than 2 months now still didn’t get the refund😡😡😡😡

This place is terrible. We checked in and as soon as we walked in the room we turned around and left. We did not stay there. We asked for a refund which is still pending. The rooms were run down and dirty. The shower curtain had holes, the bed looked more like a cot than a bed. There was what looked like dried blood from meat in the freezer. Do not recommend. Sorry no pics but we got out of there as fast as we could.

Room was not completely cleaned. Shoes under the TV stand. Hardwood floors dusty . No cleaning cart for the workers.

I have been double charged .When I called was told to call bank .Said they didn't charge it was just pending.Now I have been charged again .

Upon arrival was told that they canceled our reservation and felt that it was ok that they called while we were on the plane flying from Phoenix with no place to stay will never stay here
