The main issue was when I got there my room was not ready at all. Bed not made room not clean. And in the system it told them it was ready so when I walked in I was upset that I couldn’t lay right down and relax

"Worst place I've ever stepped into"

Run - and fast! This place is a dump with a strong odor throughout which caused a reaction to my asthma requiring a visit to urgent care. I refused to stay after seeing how bad the place (flooring peeling, holes in wall and sheets, trash in the halls, strong smoke odor throughout, no elevator) was and they have never refunded me, and they even disputed my credit card dispute. This place is not good and should NOT be listed on Hotels.com (I can't believe this place meets the Hotels.com minimum standards).

I had a text from Welcome Suites that they overbooked and therefore had no room for me. They should cut off taking reservations from Expedia if they can’t honor them. I tried calling Expedia to have another hotel reservation but Expedia doesn’t have a phone number to contact. Ended up booking another hotel that was $80 more money. Not a good experience.

"COMPLAINT- REFUND NEEDED "
