Studio Lodge - Cincinnati - Springdale

Nasty property. Room wasnt cleaned properly. Had roaches and you can smell smoke coming from the rooms. Outdated place.

It served its purpose of quiet and peace.. the conditions were not satisfactory. There wasn’t any wash rags,a chair, desk or coffee machine. No curtains. The room had roaches.

It's difnetly does not look like the pictures the inside of the door frame fell off the first day I arrived there are supposed to be fixing it and givein me a discount don't know until I'm off work

Unprofessional

Location is great. Staff 2 ladies up front were great. Was asked to see the room first, chose not bc only there for one night. The bed was actually pretty comfortable

Smelled like stale cigarettes in the room. The shower was nasty, and dirty floors. Heard a dog barking all through the evening/ night. You get what you pay for I guess. I have stayed at other locations in the same area and have gotten some nice rooms for the price they are charging.

Staff were nice and tried to accommodate us but the rooms were smelly and in poor condition.

Staff were great. Let me choose my own check out time from checking in so late. Allowed me to live as I chose. Were helpful, understanding, and compassionate in the area of being late to pay.
