Studio Lodge - Cincinnati - Springdale

Everyone in the staff there was so nice and friendly and also very welcoming. The atmosphere of this hotel is very nice. We ended up here after a weird mishap with our original booking for our trip to Cincinnati. The rooms were nice and clean, the pool was great, the breakfast was good, and also the whole atmosphere was genuinely excellent. If i ever make it down to Cincinnati again I am definitely going to stay at the LivINN hotel.

I didn’t stay at this hotel. I was there for a basketball tournament. Called earlier in the day to secure the room since I knew I would check in late. When calling for directions, I was told they were sold out and they had given away my room, even though I secured with a credit card. It was midnight, my daughter had to play at 8am and ALL hotels were sold out, except Ramada Inn. Worst experience ever!!!

I want a total refund. I canceled my reservations before I checked in..mainly due to the atmosphere that didn't make me feel safe; no one available to check me in and the people standing inside and outside the hotel made me feel very unsafe!!
