"Exceptional"

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Hotel should consider putting coffee makers and toasters in rooms

"Booked at the wrong time"

I didn't find out until I checked in on Friday night that the hotel was remodeling. I woke up Saturday morning to loud walking, dragging, and slamming. The floor in my room was slippery and damp, but nothing spilled on it, so I don't understand what was causing it. The nicest thing was that the receptionist was very friendly.

"Smoking in the hallways no vacuum cleaners in the building"

These rooms were the dirtiest rooms I have ever stayed in, bed linens were not changed just remade. Black human hair all over the bedding. Duct tape holding the carpet down. Moved rooms twice before realizing all the rooms were dirty. Other guest threatened my family in the parking lot because my kids were walking down the hallway too loud at 9:30am(walking too heavily)

"Cockroaches and no kitchen amenities"

We left an Extended Stay a few blocks away due to cockroaches. Due to the need of a kitchen for a child with dietary needs, we booked a room at another Extended stay for the use of a kitchen. When we went to ask for the kitchen amenities at the front desk, we were told they had nothing at all - no dishes, no cutlery, pots, pans - simply nothing to use to be able to make or eat food. The whole reason for staying there was for the kitchen. I have called 7 times to request a refund. No one is willing to address this issue. The management is failing its' customers.

"Very poor"

the rooms were dusty, the bathroom door was not closing, shower was not working properly. Passage was stinking.
