Extended Stay America Suites - Cincinnati - Blue Ash - Reagan Hwy

First room toilet did not work, the room had a weird smell not a good weird. Their was hair on and in the bed. My dog drank water and slopped water so I wiped it up and the paper towels was black so the floor was dirty. Lights flickered. Got put on another room (the worker was good about this) and the second room was a little better

The lobby was being ran by a man who had loud, cursing rap music blaring when we got there. Smoke filling the lobby. He then proceeded to offer us a lower rate but only if we paid cash. Room was very dirty. The only toilet paper in the room was a half roll and only one towel. Given the unprofessionalism when we got there I didn’t care to deal with getting anything we may have needed.

First of all, it has no elevators and it’s 3 floors. We booked two queen beds and got two full. We got 4 pillows that were very flat to share with 3 adults and was told they didn’t have anymore pillows. The phone in the room did not work so we could not call the front desk easily, the room was set up to where you could not see the TV from either beds which made no difference because the TV did not work anyway. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom so we had to buy some, nor no pop machines so we had to go back out for drinks. This place is a roof over your head, nothing more, nothing less. We will not be staying there again tonight.

It's clear that the employees show up at this property, but management or ownership DO NOT! This hotel is in rough shape inside. It smells like stale smoke in the hallway - the room smelled like fried food and cat urine. After spraying the room and opening the window - we stayed our one (pre-paid) night. The chairs in the room were disgusting to even look at, we covered them with towels to actually sit on. The bed was clearly bought in bulk, cheaply and was extremely uncomfortable - as if all the springs were worn out.

The staff was very friendly. It was centrally located. I like that I could walk up to the stores go next-door get something to eat and the room was excellent.

The hotel smelt like weed smoke, the room did not smell but the rest of the hotel did. Parking lot had strange people hanging around in it. police did cruse the parking lot, which tells me it's a problem area.

No elevator, toilet didn't work, door lock for lobby broken No cups for coffee or oatmeal or utensils Staff friendly. Mexican restaurant, Kroger, Mc Donalds nearby Rooms were big, plenty of room to accomodate all.

This hotel should not be renting rooms!! They don’t have housekeeping staff. This was the dirtiest room I have ever been in! The walls were dirty, the door, the furniture had sticky spills that were never cleaned up. The bathroom was dirty - sink and toilet had not been cleaned. A check was missing from the tub. There was a whole section of carpet missing. The table is sagging in the middle. This was atrocious! Fortunately, the staff were very nice. I felt bad for them.
