The worst place I’ve ever been in ever thing was dirty holes in walls nothing worked

The microwave and the phone did not work Nobody will come up and fix my microwave and there are no other roof so I cannot make my child dinner.

It wasn’t horrible it was clean but when arriving it took almost 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in after calling. Then the room they put us in the heater didn’t work

We booked a room that looked nothing like the photo. It was dingy and smelly and did not feel safe. We booked a non-smoking room but the entire building smelled like an ash tray. We went to the room, turned around and walked out. Trying to get our money back from Expedia, but no one is responding to me.

Other than a domestic violence situation going on in the lobby that escalated, it felt like a homeless shelter. With the price, not sure what I expected. Toilet handle didnt work (had to manipulate the flush), tv didnt work and my window was wide open when i walked in. Beds were clean and comfortable. Simple I guess you could say.

I hate to give negative reviews but it started at check in with the person saying it was a lousy hotel. Unfortunately she was right. My room had no towels, toilet paper, cups etc. No utensils and a refrigerator that didn’t work. Also the smoke alarm was ripped apart and didn’t work. It felt like they had not used this room for a long time. I cannot recommend this establishment at all.
