Extended Stay America Suites - Dayton - South

Not up to extended stay of America standards

Lights were broken, staff was not at front desk when we needed them, breakfast was a joke and shouldnt even advertised there is one, wifi was a joke and you upcharge for speed that most hotel offer free.

I liked that I could have my pets with me and the staff was all friendly and helpful

The breakfast was just a grab n go with stale muffins, some granola bars and packs of oatmeal. When it said complementary breakfast is not what I expected.

This hotel room was extremely gross. It was not clean at all, and smelled like cigarettes, even though it wasnt on the smoking floor. Do not reserve this place.

So so for the money it could have been a little bit cleaner. But was ok would stay again if had to

I reserved a roon with2 queen beds. I was gove. A room with 1 queen bed. The property is in disrepair and smell like marijuana in the hallways

We are really happy with this hotel. We are currently homeless and have stayed at quite a few hotels. We werent happy with most of them, either because of the cost or there were less than friendly people just hanging around outside the room and around the hotel, a few had cockroaches and weren't very clean and some had employees that were not friendly at all. ESA: Dayton - South was clean, quiet and relaxing, had all the amenities we need and the employees were welcoming, nice and more than helpful. This is our first choice of where to stay now.
