Extended Stay America Suites - Dayton - South

No TV for two days and nights. Reserved queen bed, got double bed. Room dirty.

Disappointed that I wasn't given the room I had actually booked on the Hotels.com site which showed a couch in the room. The guy at the front desk was very polite about trying to fix the problem but the manager wouldn't allow him to change any rooms without her permission. When she finally got back to him about an hour later she told me Hotels.com had overbooked the hotel and there was nothing she could do. She came across as rude and indifferent and offered no apologies In addition the room itself was in disrepair.

Someone tried to get into our room after midnight. We had the metal lock on that kept the door closed but somehow the keycard part was unlocked. My friend got sketched out so we left. The hallway smelled like fish. People blasting music with their door open. Some trash in room. A lady had set up in the lobby at night like she was sleeping there

Brett clean and staff was friendly. Heavy snow made the parking lot a mess.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.

There was a bit of a funky smell in the hallway, and some large crumbs of some kind of food under the armchair.

Smelled, looked, and sounded like a crack house. Nothing in the room had been cleaned or sanitized. The microwave, fridge and stove were disgusting. Attached is a picture of the bathroom ceiling
