Residenza Donnafugata B&B

המקום מדהים, בנין עתיק, יפהפה ושמור, במיקום מרכזי. ג'וזפה בנאדם ממש מקסים, מארח למופת, עזר לנו מאד עם ההגעה למקום. החדר היה מקסים, בעיצוב ישן אבל מאד שמור. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה ממש טובה ומפנקת.

This place was THE BEST. Right in the heart of Ragusa Ibla. Wonderful owners, gorgeous room, and an excellent t breakfast.

La posizione perfetta, in pieno centro, ma tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile . Il palazzo , il giardino interno, balconi e terrazzo, il panorama .L’accoglienza e la profonda conoscenza storica artistica e pratica dei luoghi da parte dei proprietari. Il palazzo è un’ antica dimora nobiliare, ed il suo fascino è intatto. Le stanze e suite sono al piano nobile, appunto, molto grandi, ben separate da grandi spazi, hanno soffitti altissimi, arredi , pareti , pavimenti, infissi originali : vi sentirete ospiti di una famiglia altolocata d’altri tempi, che vi lascia con discrezione tutta la vostra indipendenza e privacy, ma vi darà tutto l’appoggio , i consigli , le informazioni che desiderate. I bagni invece sono di recente ristrutturazione fatta con gusto ed eleganza, con tutti i confort più attuali. Ottime colazioni anche con torte , marmellate yogurt fatti in casa.

Schon vor der Anreise lief alles reibungslos: Giuseppe schickte klare Hinweise zum Parken und sogar ein Foto vom Eingang. Bei unserer Ankunft war er in wenigen Minuten da, erklärte uns Haus und Ort, stieg kurz mit ins Auto und lotste uns zu einem kostenlosen Parkplatz. Diese Hilfsbereitschaft hat unseren Start enorm erleichtert. Die Lage ist ideal – mitten in Ragusa Ibla, man ist sofort mittendrin. Das Haus ist klein und familiär, mit barockem Charme. Unser Zimmer war groß, die Betten neu, das Bad frisch renoviert und alles sehr sauber; gereinigt wurde täglich. Im Minikühlschrank stand sogar eine Flasche Wein bereit. Das Frühstück bereitet Giuseppe selbst zu: auf Wunsch Rührei mit Käse und Wurst sowie frisches Bruschetta – einfach, lecker und genau richtig für den Tag in der Altstadt. Wegen des Wetters mussten wir spontan umplanen und eine Nacht verlängern, was (bei Verfügbarkeit) unkompliziert möglich war. Fazit: außergewöhnlich freundlicher Service, bestmögliche Lage und ein sehr gepflegtes Haus. Klare Empfehlung.

Świetna lokalizacja do eksplorowania miasteczka Ragusa. Warto tutaj się zatrzymać nawet na jeden nocleg żeby poczuć klimat - zabytkowy budynek, stare miasto, dookoła restauracje. Dla mnie ważne było że nie mają problemu z psami, miejscówka „pet friendly”.

Breakfast tajjeb immens! Yogurt u marmalades home-made, biskuttini, croissants u helu tal-breakfast tipiku Sqalli frisk. Platter b'gobon u salami lokali, hobz, butir, jammijiet u frott frisk! Kafe, te, ilma..etc! Giuseppe jaghmel kafe vera tajjeb! Ta' veru!! Il-kamra kienet lesta minn qabel, stajna naghmlu check in kmieni u taghna kamra ikbar ghax kienet available. Il-kamra kbira, nadifa, arjuza, tfuh, is-sodda komda u l-imhadded komdi. Ix-shower ghandha pressa tajba hafna! Hemm adapter (EU u mhux UK plugs) u ghallura tista ticchargja kollox bil-kumdita'. Qatt ma nzertajna xi haga hekk qabel la f'hotel u qas f'b&b u vera kienet komda! Mill-bqija, il-kamra kellha kull ma jkun hemm bzonn, anke ac u fridge, u l-kamra taghna kellha ukoll 2 gallariji helwin. Qeda mdawwra u parti mill-istorja ta' Ragusa Ibla! Hassejnina parti mill-istorja! Nergghu nigu zgur! 🇬🇧ENG in short: quiet, very close to bus stop, the owner (Giuseppe) is very kind, breakfast is excellent and filling, the room is sparkling clean, spacious and very comfortable. In detail: Residenza Donnafugata is in a quiet and safe small alley, but still in the centre of Ragusa Ibla. It is just a 1minute walk from the Giardino Ibleo bus stop. In the morning you can hear different birds chirping and the surrounding churches' bells ringing.

Guiseppe was a great host, even picked us up from the station, upgraded our room and cooked a marvellous breakfast. It was a pleasure to stay in his family's historic property.
