If you like old hotels, this is your place. I understand it’s historical but some improvements could be made. Doors with cracks at the top to the elevator door not closing gave a not so safe feeling. And be advised there is not parking on site. It’s a 5 minute walk up and down all the steps in the town. There is a shuttle that will come get your luggage after you check in but we did not have much luck with the shuttle later than night. Check in was easy but still have not received an emailed receipt. Today is Monday and we checked out Saturday morning at 6 am.
