Basin Park Hotel and Spa

This was our 1st time staying here. We had a King w/jetted tub. It was wonderful with a great view through the windows. Be ready to use the stairs. All the food we had on the balcony was great. We also enjoyed a massage on our Anniversary( by Maureen and Sara) which was amazing. Definitely going back

Great chance to stay in a historical hotel. Awesome staff and Balcony restaurant was a cool place to eat and enjoy live music.

The Basin Park hotel was a great place to stay in Eureka Springs. It has the best location of any other hotel, the staff is incredibly friendly, everywhere from the front desk to the restaurant on the beautiful balcony to housekeeping. Even the driver to/from parking lot was super friendly and accommodating. One elderly person in our group used an electric scooter and they worked very hard putting it in and out of the van. The hotel is 120 years old, it’s not a modern Hilton type hotel, but it is very charming and fits the town perfectly. Food at the restaurant was really good, staff incredible as was the bartender in the old bar just next door on the first floor. We will stay here again, just hope they keep the old elevator running , I would not want to carry bags up the stairs.

I love the fact that it was a historical Home and I love the history going back to it and yes, I do believe it’s haunted, but I didn’t like that. You could tell it was a cheap room. I should’ve known that by the price because it was dusty and you can tell where furniture had scraped up the walls and you know it was What I especially didn’t like is going to the restaurant, but I ordered a simple sandwich and they couldn’t take one item off the menu. I can’t eat ham I’m about to have my sandwich had turkey and ham and I asked if they could take them off and my waiter said he won’t do that About whatever and then when I got burger, which was very big and OK and she said would you like fries with that and I said yes what she didn’t tell me that it was an extra five dollars to get those french fries so I got a burger with fries and a beer and it cost me $48 and then they wanted a tip, but I was also being charged and Tri gigantic Tax for being in that town. I only come when I have to to do some business but every time it seems to be one play a problem or another.

I liked the towels at hotel, however for the price point, the room was small and dark. There was shotty wifi and the front desk was bad! Won't even start withe the restaurant! You should be ashamed at charging the rates you do and having a " super 8" hotel!

The staff was super awesome and knowledgeable about the area. They even offered a spot for us to lock our motorcycles up which we did not know was an option. 10 out of 10 will stay again

Always a pleasant stay and the staff are awesome. I love the atmosphere!

The shuttle is worth it alone.

Loved staying here, it had personality and was perfectly located
