Very nice staff

The staff here is wonderful. Love the ladies at the front desk, helpful and sweet. Made me feel very welcomed

I don’t think this property is a 4-star. There were stains on walls and furniture in the room. There was a very weird sewer smell in the bathroom

The night crew at the desk was excellent. Our incoming flight was late and we did not arrive until 1:00 am. Not much time to use any facilities as we were out early.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were fine, nothing remarkable. The food was not good. We were part of a group and had a buffet dinner we paid separately for and a complimentary breakfast. The food was tasteless and very poor variety….plain pasta, fettuccine noodle or rigatoni noodle, a watery tasteless white sauce or a red sauce, and salad. For dessert there was cake. Very poor showing. They did have a shuttle from the airport which was a plus. Ultimately, the whole experience with the food tainted the hotel experience.

If you’re wishing for an unclean, worn, tired property, this is the place for you. No doubt the rooms were great when they were refurbished in 1993. Bar was full of in-bussed tables/bar spots at 9:30 pm. Had to ask server to wipe down a dirty table when we arrived. The only saving grace was an efficient airport shuttle and kind/efficient staff. But they can’t overcome a dump.
