I liked the shuttle, Japanese restaurant, and the size of the room.

I didn't like the fact that the shuttle from Disneyland left earlier than described in the paperwork. We could see the bus, but got left behind by 2 minutes once. We didn't want to wait an hour, so took a Lyft back. We also were there waiting early for about 20 minutes, but then had to wait for a second bus at 12:30 at night. If you know there are a lot of people still waiting there, send a second bus!

. The shuttle to Disneyland and pool area was nice. Staffing is friendly and personable.

The bed is the only complaint. The bed was so hard the floor would have been better

Beautiful Gardens and fun pool.

Rooms are quaint and could be updated.

ディズニーランドから近く、スタッフも丁寧な対応。部屋も広く清潔感がある。 ベットは広く快適。

シャワーやトイレに一部不具合があり、つかえないレベルではないが残念。 コーヒーメイカーは汚くてつかえない。 フロントでの貸し出し運用にして清潔に保てるようにしてほしい。 部屋は暗く寝るだけなら問題ないが、本は読めない。

It was a great surprise when we could see the fireworks from the pool. The hotel theme is very fun our son loved meeting the princess.

Room was a little but confusing to get to. Felt like a giant maze. Also we doubled paid for parking and couldnt get a refund for one of the payments. Which sucked.

The only thing I liked was the convenience of The bus to Disneyland that runs every hour or 1/2 hour.

The hotel was run down. The beds were so uncomfortable you could feel the springs. The pool ran out of towels. When I requested more towels for the room it took 45 min to get them. The room had a weird smell and you had to hold the handle down for a few seconds in order for the toilet to flush. The refrigerator in the room did not work at all. I had to use my chest to keep all the drinks cold. Also the ice machine was SUPER far from the room. I’m shocked booking had them 8.1 rating. Very misleading
