La comida muy buena y el transporte al los parques excelentes y el personal muy amable

El cuarto y el baño estaban sucios y las almohadas incómodas

Everything was dirty everything was broken the ac didn’t work the shower head was bad the bathtub was stained and dirty everything was dirty the walls where stained there was dust bunny’s everywhere

Love the staff! Everyone goes above & beyond to create magic! Rooms were comfy as usual & love that they updated the outlets

We loved the location of this hotel, and for the price in the area, you could not beat it. The shuttle was hassle-free, and the drivers were great and respectful. The rooms, first of all, were very spacious and tons of activities for kids, from the movie night outside, and they provide blankets to sit on, to the arcade room, to the princess ready to greet the kids coming in each day. The staff is amazing. I had one issue the first night of our stay, and the staff got it corrected and found a solution for my family and me, which made our stay even better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I will be booking my next stay here for all Disneyland trips.

I would say internet speed, but overall not a deal breaker. We spent little time in the room, but the few moments we were in there, better internet would be great, but you can purchase a higher tier if need be.
