The free shuttle to Disney is great and the drivers are very friendly. The hotel has an amazing castle theme as well

"It was average at best"

The best part was the free rides to and from Disneyland

Staff were not very accommodating. When getting ready to check out I called the front desk to ask for a luggage cart. I was told there was no one available to bring it up. That I could go down to the lobby and get it myself but would need to leave my ID, I would get it back when I returned it. When I returned the cart 10-20 minutes later and collected my ID, there were several staff members standing there.

Property good location

Property was unsanitary, dead cockroaches and bed bugs which guest was bitten. I will not recommend to stay at this property.
