I've never stayed at this property! It was a sweet surprise! It felt amazing and we felt very much at home. The staff in reception and concierge were great! It was a delight. In fact so delightful, I cancelled a room at another property for a booking we had coming up and rebooked at Rydges! Thanks everyone!

We booked a room with a balcony and a view for Riverfire. Everything, from communication to organisation was fantastic. Checking in and checking out went so smoothly and our room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. We are planning to come back again for Riverfire next year. Thanks Rydges South Bank.

Exceptional service from arrival to departure - valet for the car, baggage to the room. Excellent patters, especially the seafood - so fresh and great quality. Large room with cloud-like bedding. Bathroom large and very accommodating. The view was spectacular, expecially of the river and city for the Riverfire and flybys. Smorgasbord breakfast at Bacchus the best. Thank you David, Night Manager and all the staff - top of their game. There was nothing they wouldn't do for us to make our stay exceptional.

We organised a family night for Riverfire. Absolutely fantastic!! Haven’t done it before but wouldn’t do it any other way. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the two nights we were there! Proximity to everything not just Riverfire was sensational. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely experience. My mum 84yrs arrived from Launceston and I wanted to give mum a lovely experience to watch the River Fire Fireworks and enjoy the accommodation. First time at Rydges Southbank , right off the bat the staff greeted us and assisted with check in and valet parking . Room was lovely and clean with incredible views over the Southbank and Brisbane River , they supplied us with an extra bed for our disabled daughter . We were there for our anniversary and the Annual Brisbane Riverfire , being so close to the Casino and the CBD made it a great location for shopping and entertainment . Loads of restaurants within walking distance so many to choose from , we will be back again next year for sure .

This visit to Rydges South Bank Brisbane was to celebrate Riverfire 2025. This property appealed due to previous experience with this event at this location. The balcony provides an outdoor experience to immerse in the colour and excitement of the fireworks and aviation displays. Another advantage of the balcony is that it provides ample space to set up tripods for photography of show. The Team at Rydges South Bank Brisbane were welcoming and accommodating. The buffet breakfast, served at the Bacchus Restaurant, was delicious and a great way to start the day! All in all, this was a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable experience!
