"Hot air balloon getaway"

The property and all the amenities were very nice. Property is a good value for the price. Restaurant, bar, fabulous outdoor deck. Concierge we dealt with wasn’t very helpful; when we asked about hiking trails and what he would recommend he said “stay inside and drink wine”. There is also no housekeeping during your stay (at least not for our 3 night stay) which is ok, but they don’t even provide fresh towels… you have to pay extra

First time visiting steam boat ans was not disappointed. The hotel staff were friendly. We loved the weather and hanging out at the pool. So relaxing and enjoyed everything from hiking, hot spring.. Definitely coming back.

The pool was way too small. The rooms were not sound proof. You could hear everything the neighbors said and did. Parking was horrible. Only 2 levels underground. Smallest spaces ever and so dark. We were there for the 4th so it was packed. Staff were very nice. Food prices were rediculous. Steamboat restaurants take advantage of vacationers. Prices are really high.

"Family summer trip"

We are Marriott owners and had never stayed at a Sheraton before. This resort far exceeded our expectations. It is newly renovated, they stock the room with all the essentials, including laundry detergent and did not hesitate when we asked for anything (additional coffee filters, coffee,etc). I think Marriott might need to incorporate these changes for all Villa brands. Highly recommend this resort.
