"Great location, great staff experience!"

Stayed here for a work trip with family and extended for the weekend. The hotel is in the perfect location, easily accessible and walkable to all the popular neighborhoods and Bosque de Chapetepec. Had great service at breakfast each day in the lounge. Gracias a Carlos Jose!

todo me gustĆ³ mucho, la ubicaciĆ³n, la habitaciĆ³n, pero creo que por lo aƱos que tiene el hotel ya le hace falta una remodelada al bar donde hay mĆŗsica en la noche y tal vez un restaurente o bar en uno de los pisos mĆ”s arriba para aprovechar la vista al Ć”ngel de la independencia.

Que no hay sillones en el Ć”rea de recepciĆ³n.

Excelente service by all staff, from front desk, to restaurant and cleaning person. spacious room, good noise isolation and great views. very comfortable bed

noisy air conditioner all tv stations in English and no way to change to Spanish, being in Mexico....??? I tried to hook up my Firestick to watch my favorite shows, was not recognised by TV and maintenance could not assist. minor issue not really a problem.

La atenciĆ³n y la comida del Club estaban muchĆ­simo mejor de lo que las recordaba. Fuimos atendidos por Jade en recepciĆ³n y por Fidel en el Club y nos sentimos muy a gusto. La cĆ©ntrica ubicaciĆ³n, limpieza y demĆ”s.
