Brilliant little hotel staff are friendly and helpful. One downside noisy idiots at 12 at night. Comfortable and good location just off the motorway. Didn’t have breakfast but feel that should be added into the price of the stay. Overall decent place

Loud music at 18th birthday party in function room under hotel bedrooms until late at night so hotel guests cant sleep. Management unwilling to help they prioritise the party over the hitel and pub. We also had food in the restaurant which took over an hour to arrive from a limited menu also due to the party. Shame as its a nice place but the management have their priorities wrong. New manager required.

Spacious, Comfy and clean rooms. Good location and free parking on site. Had an enjoyable stay. Sleeping accomodation is away from the main pub so nice and quiet.

The room was large modern and clean but the mattress on the put up bed was very thin and my son couldn’t sleep on it due to feeling the springs so had to share the large double with us. Bathroom large and there was a bath and decent shower. Staff were pleasant but weren’t hugely welcoming, for example, we had reserved a table for 8 for food and they put us at the furthest point from the kids play area even though there were 4 young children and tables next to the area were free. Breakfast good choice and good value but no rush to fill plates, juice coffee etc when they ran out. Overall good stay

Great no frills stay. Room was an excellent size with 1 x king and 2 x singles. Just off the motorway the other side to the designer outlet and nearby to Derbyshire attractions.

First time stay wasn't to bad lil noisey at 230 from the tenants and beer barrels but still recommended cleaness was nice could do with sweep round in breakfast area bed room was lovely just couldnt work tv properly

Lovely place great stay only disappointing but was the food

The hotel part is absolutely spot on. Cheap, large clean room and large clean bathroom. The pub and food a different matter. Don't eat here
