Staff were very welcoming. Room exceeded expectations, was very large, comfortable, big bathroom. It was a convenient location for us and the bar/restaurant attached served basic pub food at a reasonable cost. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the area and will recommend to friends

Clean comfortable large room. Tea, coffee and biscuits. Hairdryer. All you need for a stay. Didn’t have breakfast as had to leave early due to family issues

Good sized family room that was clean, spacious and comfortable. The room was a bit warm in spite of the windows being open. Breakfast was good although I would like to see more choice for the continental selection - it was a little limited. Very helpful and friendly staff - would I stay here again? Yes I would.

In a very convenient location near to the A38. Suited our needs for an inexpensive stay with the advantage of being next to the pub and not actually attached to it. We heard no pub noise from our room. Our room was spacious and clean, maybe a little too warm but thats just a personal choice.
