Boundary, Alfreton by Marston's Inns

One deficiency is lack of an elevator. We had a heavy bag to lift up the stairs. Otherwise our experience was pleasant. Hotel room was very spacious, with a sofa inside, and a king size bed. Parking was free and convenient. That's a restaurant and pub. We went there mostly for sleep so can't comment on other facilities.

I was unable to stay at this place as due trains delays , they were unable to accommodate my arrival time. They still took the payment for the room tho. After several phone calls to the hotel very poor service.

Very good for the price. The room was clean and had everything you need, the only minor issue was a bit of damp around the window from condensation. Only paid £48 so good value for money.

I was only there from around 4pm Friday 3rd Nov until 8am the following morning. My brief stay was pleasant and comfortable and the staff very friendly. I would not hesitate in returning there if coming to the area.

Parking was fine, and the room was good. Bed really comfortable. However, breakfast was a disaster. The guy on duty was unwell and should not have been serving food. There were no glasses for juice, no pastries, no cutlery. Service was slow and the cooked food was average. Not an incentive to return.
