The rooms look tired. The first room they gave us hadn’t been properly vacuumed or mopped; the second room they gave us after I went back to the front desk was small, extremely beat up with broken woodwork and a broken thermostat. The third room was much better, but still tired looking. I don’t think the in room phones worked (no one ever answered). It took 3 requests over 4 hours to get face cloths for our room. Front desk staff was apologetic and looked like they wanted to help , but clearly the hotel was under staffed. In short, a real letdown from my last visit there a couple of decades ago.

The room was very dated. You could feel the springs in the bed. There were no outlets beside the bed to charge your phone. When everyone uses their phone as an alarm, not being able to keep your phone on charge in the evening was an inconvenience.

Airport hotel that requires you to use Uber. No shuttle nor a connections to the hotel hoppa service

The beds were old, hard and sloped in the middle. The wood furniture was scratched in multiple places. Overall, the hotel is not being maintained very well.

NO POOL, it’s literally cemented over. PAY for in room WiFi, otherwise go to lobby. Inconvenient lay out when trying to get to room, unless you’re next to an elevator. The front door didn’t open when trying to leave… Just pay the extra and go next door. PRO, two bus stops right there

Very comfortable, lots of breakfast options available & responsive. Only thing lacking is the airport shuttle

Not many people around to help, and there wasn’t any place to buy a water or any vending besides the $15 bottle of water in the hotel room
