Sheraton Heathrow Hotel

Its a warm hotel room and warm welcoming. Breakfast was good, the staff Shab was very helpful and nice.

We had our little meeting booked in your hotel. Mansi and her team went above and beyond, they explained us everything about fire exits , assembly place and talked about all the facilities. Enosh was very attentive regarding all the details we shared with him prior to our meeting. Food was scrumptious. We will book again.

Mansi was very helpful. After having a busy day she still managed to fulfil our request and made sure our dinner and meeting goes well. She was everywhere and very humble. She always meet us with same smile and energy! Very positive and helpful personnel. It’s been 2 years since we know her.

Hotel lovely ,staff very friendly got selected for a free upgrade to use club lounge which was lovely and peaceful. Meal in restaurant was fantastic checkin very quick would definitely stay here again

We had a lovely experience in your hotel. The breakfast spread was delicious. Only missing some chicken item apart from that great breakfast. Kimod and Karam was fantastic. We booked one meeting room also, great space good amenities. All day access to coffee and sweets made it more good. Mansi and Slaydon there was amazing and helpful and keep checking on us. Only problem is bedroom have very low light. Overall a good stay.

Slaydon and mansi helped me to get in the prayer room on Saturday 10 Jan afternoon, It was my first time I visited the hotel just to see my friend as she was staying in , while waiting for her I wanted to do my prayer. Reception guided me to conf centre where u found these 2 good people they helped me and offered me a praying mat and gave me a room to pray. Thank you very kind of all of you.
