Sheraton Heathrow Hotel

Came for our little team meeting in heathrow. Used your regents room. Great amenities and attentive staff. Spoke with events manager Mansi , she was very energetic and talking about the hotel and showed us other meeting spaces as well as we are planning for bigger gathering. Overall great experience.

I was travelling alone to London and stayed for 1 night in sheraton. Lost my scarf somewhere outside, manager on duty Mansi was very helpful she helped me in searching my scarf . It was really cold outside but she helped me in searching the scarf, you might think it was a scarf but for me it is very sentimental piece. Will stay again for sure.

Daljinder, was very helpful from day one. She has very good customer ethics and I would certainly visit again. She is equally very polite and patient with guests/ visitors.

Daljinder was so helpful from Monday to Friday. She greeted us every morning with a fantastic attitude and a big smile. Our stay over the week was made so easy and nothing was to much trouble. We had training room for the week in the conference area and the experience was made so easy with Dajinder looking after us.

Did a 5 day course with Dnata in your conference room area. Daljinder did a fantastic job in hosting & making sure myself as the Trainer & all delegates were looked after. She was very, friendly professional & knowledgeable. An asset to your team!

I couldn’t compliment the receptionist Sarah enough. From the moment we spoke on the phone for the first time right the way through our stay she couldn’t have possibly been anymore helpful. Really professional!

We were allocated staying at the Sheraton by Virgin Atlantic. The location is great and close to the airport and local towns. Following problems Virgin end Vilasha on reception was fantastic in helping us get sorted and our family having the amenities we needed. Would also shout out to Luis behind the desk who was so friendly, attentive and polite. Amazing service.

The Sheraton is ideally located for Heathrow Terminal 5, making it a perfect option for an overnight stay before flying. The rooms are very well equipped and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Cast Iron Bar & Grill is excellent, the food and service were faultless, and prices were very reasonable, not extortionate at all. This is a pleasant change from Hotels that have a captive audience. There’s also a large car park where you can leave your car while you’re away, which is a huge bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re flying from T5.
