Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel

Luxurious accommodation and good breakfast.

Front desk help cold as ice ( the man… not the woman ).

The location of it was nice.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned, found someone else food in the fridge, found hair on the floor of the bathroom, and stuck to the mirror.

Check-in experience.

Very aged, club room does not have restrooms, was also very aged, which was a shame given the location. Fruit and food limited, and not fresh.

The hotel was great. Most of the staff was polite. There was a rude encounter, but it didn’t ruin the entire experience. The breakfast buffet is unfortunately not worth the $22 per person that my family I spent.

Some of the staff were incredibly rude to point of yelling. Someone was skipping something under door to get in....turned out to be staff inspecting something but they didn't even notify or knock!!! Would not stay again

I stayed with my family for my daughter’s dance convention. No complaints here everything was great and the breakfast was delicious.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. Check in was fast, the staff was helpful and nice.
