Food options

Pros: Nice and comfortable place, close to the airport. Excellent bed and hot water shower. Decent breakfast and unlimited coffee. Cons: After finishing my 22 hour flight all I wanted was to eat something and get a good rest. At the restaurant, the waiter first approached me with lot of energy and friendly attitude and also spoke in Spanish with me. After finishing the dinner, I signed the cheque and as I was leaving, he called me back and insisted on being tipped. I reckon, tipping should be customary than mandatory. It infact removed the whole impact of the experience, it was more transactional than genuine hospitality. Later that night, I requested for a tooth brush and paste through my Bonvoy App, there was no response for over 30 mins, I called up the front desk and was told that they would be bringing one to my room. Again, after 30 minutes or so, I called them to check the status of my request and I was told to show up at the reception to pick it up. The front desk staff could have said that the first time I requested for one and I could have saved a lot of time and picked it up at the first instance.

Les chambres sont bien équipées. Le parking est gratuit. Un restaurant avec un restaurant avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix est disponible sur place. Le centre de Dallas est à 20 minutes en voiture.

朝食はまずますだったが、シェラトンという名の高級感は会場を含め朝食にはない。部屋はシェラトンの名に恥じないレベルで、防音もすばらしく、ハイウェイ至近であるが部屋の中は至って静かである。

朝食付きで、チェックインで朝食会場の説明は受けたが、朝食券はいただけず、必要ないのかと思ったが、朝、朝食会場で入室を断られ、慌ててフロントデスクに行く羽目になった。
