Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv

Excellent location on the beach & close to city amenities . The hotel sits right on the beachfront promenade, giving you immediate access to the beach. Guests often highlight how easy it is to stroll along the coast, reach restaurants, and enjoy sea views. Great service

This is an amazing location! It is right on the beach. If you have enough Bonvoy status they take you up to the lounge on the 18th floor for check in. The staff up there is very attentive. Adan checked us in and made sure we had complete tour of the facility. Every evening we had drinks and a light Mediterranean style dinner. Plenty of fish dishes and the desserts were amazing. Anna, Zenaida, Nazal and Elena were all fantastic hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were also superb. We had beach front views and could watch the sunset every evening with nothing blocking it. I had a one bedroom, two bath suite that was bigger than my first apartment. The hotel restaurant also had a fantastic menu. During the day we could walk out to the Mediterranean and watch all of the runners, bikers and athletes go up and down the boardwalk. It appears that the French Embassy was right next door so there were quite a few French speakers around and the US embassy was just a little further down the way. The building felt quite secure and all of the amenities were top notch. Absolutely would come back and stay again.

From check through my trip, every member of the staff was attentive, professional, and provided first class service. Of special note are Maria, Mazal, Elena, Anna, and Adam - great team in the Club Lounge. They looked out for everything during the entire stay and made this my home away from home. The rooms were fantastic. I recommend staying here when in Tel Aviv - you will not be disappointed.

We booked a room with Executive Lounge access at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv. There were a couple of mix-ups with our reservations, but they were resolved very efficiently before our arrival by Mr. Henri Levy (Front Desk Manager) and Ms. Mazal Zoari (Club Lounge Manager). From check-in to check-out, everything was excellent. Our special thanks go to the housekeeping team for accommodating our requests — and to Lena (Olena), our floor attendant. When we arrived at the Club Lounge, Mazal greeted us like long-lost relatives. The service in the lounge was outstanding, thanks to Mazal and her wonderful team: Adam, Anastasya, and Maria. Anna, Elena, Mary Ann, and Zenaida were always ready to assist with anything we needed. During our stay in Tel Aviv, we visited several restaurants; however, the meals prepared by Chef Alexander were the best of all. And of course, one more thing can be said about the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv: “Location, location, location!” A big thank-you to everyone for making our stay truly wonderful.

I have had the privilege of staying at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv for most of the last year (almost 10 months). My stay has been nothing short of exceptional. Your staff have made this my home away from home and have adopted me as part of your extended family. The Club staff; Mazal, Maria, Anastasia, Aden, MaryAnn, Elena, Anna, Maryland, and both cooks Alex and Lilach helped make your Lounge our office, our dining room, our living room and brought a smile and genuine kindness into our days which were filled with challenges, difficulty, and complexities. Your room staff was fantastic, I know Perla by name, but there were two other wonderful ladies who also paid me visits twice a day. I always enjoyed the short but genuine conversations I had with them when they stopped by in the evenings (bring the chocolates back!). Your Lobby bar staff always made our evenings pleasant. Eva was a stand-out, always cheerful and talkative. Your marketing staff were always attentive. Your security staff deserve a pat on the back. I know we brought some unwanted attention to your hotel, but your team always were very attuned to us and our needs, attentive, friendly, and engaging. What else can I say - I will be sad to leave and I hope I am able to come back to help finish what we started for Israel and the world.

This Sheraton is simply the best hotel in Tel Aviv. We have stayed here TEN TIMES in the past twenty years and each time we have seen how to the hotel keeps getting more and more beautiful. The lobby has been updated, the pool has been updated and the rooms are modern bright and have beautiful updated bathrooms and showers. Henri is the manager for many years and each time we see him I feel like we are returning home to family. He greets us as if he is our uncle and always takes care to make sure that all of our needs are being met. Tomer and Amir were in charge of the meals for the holiday of Sukkot and the choice and variety of both cold and hot food was incredible. Their chef is so talented and gifted in presentation! I forgot her name but she is fantastic. My children talk about this meal in the hotel Sukkah all year long! The hotel is across the street from the beach where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas. The water is clear and there are snack bars and restaurants everywhere. There is a spa located right in the hotel and my husband and I enjoyed much needed massages after taking care of many grandchildren. A five star experience in every way! Over the past year I’ve spent a collective 6 months in this hotel. It has been close to the office and the staff in the club lounge have become my surrogate family. Mazal leads a wonderful staff that have all become family. From the club managers Adan and Anastassia, Maria and Mary Ann, to the hosts Elena and Anna, to the chef team Alex (chef extraordinaire) and Ray and Lela, and kitchen help Zanaida (haven’t seen you in so long), Grace, and Madeleine. I came to the hotel because it was close and a Marriott hotel, but I come back because of the staff. Thank you.
