Our recent stay at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv was excellent and very memorable. We stayed in a suite that was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and had a fantastic sea view. We found ourselves spending more time in the room than planned simply because it was such a pleasant place to be. The lounge deserves special mention.The space itself is great, but what really stood out was the staff. Anastasia, in particular, made a strong impression with her attention to detail and genuinely warm approach. She remembered small preferences and made everything feel easy and welcoming. We also want to thank Etty, the Executive Chef. The food throughout our stay was fresh, well-executed, and varied, with a level of care that was noticeable from day to day. Beyond the food itself, she was a gracious host, always happy to explain and communicate. Across the hotel, the service felt personal. Every staff member we interacted with seemed sincerely invested in making the stay comfortable, not just doing their job efficiently. And a special thanks to Amir - consistently helpful and a real standout. If you’re visiting Tel Aviv and looking for a hotel where service, comfort, and people truly make a difference, this is a very strong choice.

Anna and the entire team (Adam, Mazal, Zenaida, Elena, Anastasia, Maria , Marlyn, Grace, and Mary An) are the best! They all remember your preferences and alway greet you with a smile when you enter the lounge. The food selection is varied to appeal to all tastes and pallets. The Sheraton Tel Aviv was fantastic! The lounge staff, Ana, Adam, and the entire team at the restaurants were amazing. Rooms were clean and well furnished, the gym had all the basics plus free weights and the location to the beach was amazing!

Everything was excellent

I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv, and the experience was elevated even further by the incredible lounge staff. The lounge itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and offered excellent food and beverages, but what truly made the difference was the people. The lounge team — Anna, Adan, Anastasia, Mazal, Elena, Maria, Zenaida, Marlyn, and Grace — were absolutely outstanding. Every single one of them was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They consistently went out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and taken care of, whether it was remembering preferences, checking in to see if anything was needed, or simply greeting guests with a smile. It’s rare to see such a cohesive, friendly, and high-caliber team, and they truly represent the Sheraton brand at its best. Their hospitality made the lounge feel less like a hotel amenity and more like a second home during my stay. I would absolutely return to the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv, and a large part of that decision is because of this exceptional lounge team. They deserve recognition and praise for the outstanding service they provide every day. Highly recommended.

Best hotel in Tel Aviv and the whole Middle East. What makes it so great are the staff. SUPERB!!! Mary Ann in the Club Lounge starts your day with perfection. She anticipates your every need with a smile!

The Sheraton is a fantastic hotel in a perfect location. The staff is extremely helpful, kind and goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Anastassya in the executive lounge is next level! She has mastered customer service and does it all with a smile!
