The vibe is very friendly and feel like at home . Friday night dinner is exceptionally superb. The lounge is super nice and friendly mainly Mazal and all her team always there to help and to feel you enjoyable during your stay

I recently staying at this hotel, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. For me was the 18th floor lounge, what a awesome space!. They have a incredible staff. Anna, Anastasia, and Adan went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home, Specially Anna. I really appreciate how they turned a good stay into an amazing one. This is the plavr to stay in Tel Aviv definitely, I highly recommend this hotel. 5/5 stars and the lounge 10/10 . R.

Excellent stay at Sheraton grand. The rooms are very comfortable and cleaned daily, the staff is very caring and helpful. Great location close to everything. The breakfast in the club lounge is delicious. The club lounge staff is incredible, making sure you have everything you need, Mazal, Maria, Mary, Elena, Anastasia and everyone else!

We stayed with out family for 2 weeks and had an excellent time. Especially the friendly employees like Maria, Elena and Mary. The location is perfect and so many things in walking distance!

We were blessed to spend 10 nights at the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv over the Hanukkah/Christmas holidays. Being Marriott Titanium we had access to the Concierge Lounge. What a special staff led by Mazel and her exclusive staff and we loved our server Mary Ann who treated us like family. We loved that the lounge was exclusive to adults only making it have a more exclusive feel and that the food variety was sophisticated, fresh and interesting! Fresh juices, coffee of choice, wine, beer and spirits all included Every day we were so welcomed by all the staff; they paid attention to our needs and preferences and just made our stay at the hotel super special.

We staying in Sheraton hotel in tel Aviv . I would like to give a view to Marianne the server and the rest of the crew of the management to the rest of the employees. Amazing service , They always welcome us with a beautiful smile . I have to them five stars .!

This is a top five Hotel in the Tel Aviv, and easily the top Bonvoy brand location. I can tell this was going to be a comfortable stay because of the number of airline employees checking in with me. Airline staff prioritize great beds and easy In-N-Out. Every staff I interacted with (Jonathan and Olga) were capable and friendly. They were aptly supported by their supervisors who were respectful and kind to them. How supervisors treat their staff is a big sign of a capable Hotel. Upgraded to a suite on the 11th floor. Elevators are modern and fast. In the Club Lounge 18th floor, Anastassiya was a big help, expediting check out as well as providing helping advice on local transportation and navigation. Breakfast is abundant and freshly baked. Coffee bar made cute designs on the latte. TL:DR A solid upscale place to stay. Even better with Bonvoy Platinum and above.
