Sheraton Anchorage Hotel

Friendly and helpful staffs- We originally thought the mini fridge freezer won't be big enough to freeze the 20lbs of fish we caught, but Kyree ended up helping us to freeze them in their hotel freezer. So grateful for their help. Nice and clean room. Convenient location.

Accommodation was a one night experience and no major issues with room and breakfast. Lobby area is spacious with plenty of seating. Location is on the edge of the central area and surrounded by vacant buildings, does not not appear to be at the better end of town. Although it is within walking distance to downtown and shopping mall.

Kyree was a pleasant to meet upon my arrival, her attention to detail was first class. The top tier customer service she provided was second to none has she expeditiously attended to all my request during my stay.

Kyree and Lynn provided phenomenal service. Specially, Kyree worked out my room request so well we had no idea she was still in training until after everything was completed. She is definitely going to be a welcomed addition to your team. V/r, Dayrone Henry

Lyn and Kristal (spelling?) are two of the most delightful employees I've ever met at a Marriot/Sheraton. The two of them remind me why I choose to exclusively stay at Marriott brand hotels. 5-Stars.

For the price paid at the Sheraton in Anchorage, I must say that I was disappointed in the accomodations. Although the entry seemed okay, when we got to our room the furniture was very old and outdated. There were also very few restaurants close by & we were hungry and all of the restaurants in the hotel weren't open. We walked to La Cabana Mexican Restaurant which had good food & service but the area seemed a little sketchy. Save some money and find another place to stay. I couldn't bare taking photos as a reminder of this place.
