Sheraton Anchorage Hotel

The hotel lists itself as being downtown but it is a good 10 minute walk to most of downtown Anchorage. The hotel lobby is very nice and desk employees are very nice too, but the rooms are very much in need of refurbishment. We paid $600.00 a night for a room with two double uncomfortable beds. The only breakfast offered is a buffet for $27.00 per person.

I had an amazing experience! Lyn went above and beyond to make my stay smooth, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. She was so easy to work with, and I never had a single problem. Overall, I truly loved my time at this hotel and would gladly stay again!

While travelling stayed one night ! That was one night too long . Appears if not wearing parade and talk posh u are invisible ! Rude unhelpful reception staff ! After driving for 4 hours expect at least pleasant staff boy was I wrong ! Don’t use this hotel

My overall experience staying at The Sheraton was amazing. This was mainly due to the amazing customer service provided by Lyn to make our stay one of a kind. I will definitely be coming back during my next trip.

I had an absolutely amazing experience and it was all thanks to Lyn. Lyn provided very good customer and made the experience very smooth for us.

During my stay I ran into no issue room service was great so was the front desk. What made it go smoothly during my was Lyn who made sure my group were able to stay on the same floor.

Lyn, at the desk, took amazing care of our group from the minute we walked in to check in. From making sure our group had rooms that were all close by, to making sure we had any needs met. Most of all, she made it clear that she was there to meet our needs! She’s awesome!

One of my best stays at a Sheraton property. Lyn was the best! Very friendly and super helpful to any of my questions and I will be back next year.
