Great old lodge lots of history Lisa was great . She really made our stay wonderful It’s in a cute little town Great stay would definitely stay again

Parking could be a bit tight

Greta location- very friendly and helpful owners. Very comfortable rooms and other facilities. Lovely breakfast with lots of options.

The bed too soft. Uneven flooring bathroom way too small and shower slippery with no handle to grab. A shelf to put your toiletries wud have been helpful. Front door difficult to close.

Easy to locate, parking on site, very friendly welcome, super breakfast. The room was spotless with a large bathroom. This was perfect for a one night stay.

Clean, comfortable and quiet home. The home was the gatehouse to the Dahl family estate which was very interesting. Our hosts were very friendly and we very much enjoyed our time with them and some other guests socializing.

Wir wurden schon im Vorfeld sehr freundlich begrüßt. Auch während des Aufenthaltes war der Kontakt sehr nett und Lisa hat uns in allem unterstützt. Sie hatte viele Ideen zu Ausflügen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für eine wirklich tolle Zeit in Südwales.

Cosy, interesting features. Close to station, golf course and attractions. Enough private parking for guests. Clean bedroom and breakfast room. The host ensured Dietary requests were taken care of and was very happy to chat and take an interest with everyone making them feel cared for and welcomed. Breakfast was plentiful and filling. The twin room was small but clean and had a kettle with plenty of tea and coffee which was a lovely bonus. Nice white towels and dressing gown if required. Shower cubicle was a good size with plenty of hot water.

The house is not very big and the lounge was small and a little cluttered but there was plenty of board games and books for guest’s use. The en-suite in the twin room was clean with toiletries, however it was very, very small and didn’t allow much room for movement once inside. The wash basin was very small not ideal for adult use.
