The Bull Hotel

Location was close to Family address . Bed was super comfortable.

Slightly run down facilities. Could have done with better tea and coffee amounts.

Location suited our needs, quiet, relaxed, friendly staff.

The fact we couldn't have breakfast there.

Location good.

Radiator in small bedroom not working properly. Told owner but nothing done about it. Bathroom dirty with filthy skirting boards. Shower tiles with mould on grout. We had to clean sink before it felt safe to use.

Staff were very helpful with everything we asked to sights , food , taxi , etc

Great location for a family birthday

Lovely old grade listed pub. Comfy bed. lovely breakfast. Just what we needed in Downton The owner was really nice and helpful.

Our double room was warm. There was an EV charger in the car park. Downton is nice.

We were given the ground floor apartment, the double room was fine apart from what looked like dirty sheets. The single room was freezing cold and after a couple of failed attempts to turn the heating on by the member of staff, he agreed that it was broken and couldn't be fixed. So my sister spent the whole night awake, freezing cold, again with sheets that were dirty and didn't look like they had been washed. My sister literally sat on the chair the whole night awake The bathroom was poor and the hot tap shot water out all over you & the room. There were no curtains in the bathroom, only frosted glass which wasn't great. The floor was dirty Dirty carpets, dirty mirrors, hairs in the beds, mould on the windows... it was just a really riffy experience Really unhappy... we complained and were promised a refund... still waiting!
