"Poor Service"

Stayed for four nights for a business trip and checked into the hotel late night. Check-in was a poor experience. The agent did not bother to even greet and kept us waiting to check in. No recognition for being gold member. The electrical outlet in the room and the safe was not working. We had to call front desk to get it fixed.

"DUMP!"

The place is a dump! Nothing like the pictures shown. We had 3 rooms in less than 24 hours. Will possibly have a 4th room for a 2 night stay because there is no hot water in the shower. But after ready a few of these comment “no hot water” is a common theme. If you had to decide between this place or your car. I’d choose my car because it’s more comfortable/functional.

This property is ready for a renovation. The rooms are loud. Chipped paint, dirty sink, old carpet and the list goes on and on. When we arrived the front desk stated that they no longer had a king room, which I paid for, but only had one with two double beds. We’re big peeps, that will not work. Out of nowhere she got one, less than 10 seconds into the convo. Why do that to people? It’s not nice.

The hotel was under renovations at the time of stay but noise was not a factor. The work areas were contained. The parking was not limited. My rating is based on Very small bathroom and restaurant closed as well during our stay. I was only notified of construction after I locked in my booking.

"Run down, badly maintained property, no hot water"

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights while on work related travel. This has been the worst hotel stay experience. The front door was chipped, the bathroom was not clean (there was hair in the tub drain), no hot water for both days. The lack of hot water seems to be a common and recurring issue, I heard several complaints about it from other hotel guests as well during my stay there. It is not worth the price they charge. Avoid if you can. There are two other hotels very close to this one and hopefully they offer better amenities.

Booked a king size room and got switched to 2 double bed that were so uncomfortable and barley slept with 2 adults in the bed
