Check staff was terrific and restaurant staff was absolutely superb. Sink in bathroom did not have any kind of stopper. Really dislike the glass panel doors which allow too much light through in the middle of the night. Also don't like that the light switch is on the outside of the bathroom instead of inside. Also, no venting option. Mirror in bathroom was not made for putting on make up (can't easily close enough mirror with a magnifying option.) Seems to have been designed without women in mind. Also could use more outlets for charging electronic devices. Probably cost-cutting measures.

"Run Down Property"

Completely rund down property...I paid 240 bucks but is on line for 165....no hot water in shower, carpets filthy, toilet not secured to floor, no ventilation in bathroom, paint stripping from mirror in bathroom, bathroom door rotting and unpainted on both sides at bottom of door, pool closed,carpet in corridors badly stained, no guest secure Internet, construction noise not known by customer in advance. One good thing is that staff are pleasant and helpful. This property should not be Marketed as a Marriott... run down and dated...dirty and unsafe....

Front desk Emily said "let me know if you need anything?" Got to room a/c sounded like whistling teapot! Emily sent up engineers (2) to fix noise. Couldn't! I asked for free upgrade since we had to move to a 2nd room after enduring 20 minutes of noise. Emily said "I sent you staff to help, no upgrade." No empathy either!

Room was dirty, smelly, worn carpets, stained bed covers, and generally disgusting; the whole hotel smelled like crap.... very gross. I regret ever staying and will never again.
