A beautiful, charming place away from the hustle and bustle, a home away from home. The room was impeccable, the bed was comfy and the shower worked perfectly. Steve and Pat served a yummy breakfast and my request to accommodate my 5 year old was provided for. Plus point that we got to say hello to Steve's two horses that are now happily retired. I'd absolutely recommend this place for anyone that loves the quiet countryside.

Mr . stive was very friendly and kind, the breakfast it was amazing with quality , we enjoy every moment there! I really recommend that cottage.

It was absolutely amazing. So beautiful, quiet and peaceful. It was only 14 minutes from Bath . It was very friendly and comfortable. The bathroom was huge with an enormous bath . Steve , the host is very knowledgeable and friendly and his breakfasts are fantastic. I will go back . Thank you for a fantastic stay .

My wife and I spent two nights at the cottage and were very happy we chose this property. The owner greeted us upon arrival with a warm welcome before showing us to our room, which was neatly laid out. We were given the freedom of the house. After spending time in Bradford upon Avon and Bath, we enjoyed a late night drink in front of the fire both nights to unwind. Breakfast was freshly made to order, or there was a wide choice of cereals and yogurts. The only niggle was the ongoing and regular sound from the bathroom that could be heard every minute or so for a few seconds. Sounds like a boiler or immersion heater activating before cutting out. This made it tricky to sleep on first night but no problem on the second. I would highly recommend this property and we'll definitely go back if we want to stay in the area again.

Dog friendly, spacious and comfortable home from home. Steep staircase but had been warned and not a problem for any of us

Everything and more than needed for our one night stay. Very comfortable large room & bathroom plus use of lounge & garden areas. Great breakfast and friendly host
