The Thick Forest

Perfect location to easily reach Lions Rock and Pidurangala rock in the early morning. Breakfast was probably the best we had in Sri Lanka. The hosts have been amazing and very helpful, we just wish we could stay longer. Highly recommended.

Tree house

Lots of trees around there and beautiful view to Sigiriya rock front and back side Pidurangala rock my kids had great experience.. had a awesome break fast with lots of varieties of traditional food.

I think it's better if there is a swimming pool.we saw it's under construction. Most probably next few months it will be ready to use.

Slightly out of town meant it was quieter and more relaxed than some of the other accommodation options Free bicycles were really helpful to allow us to explore the area and get into town

Limited food options - we had breakfast one day but dinner isn't an option so you have to go out for it (but we were warned not to walk or cycle after dark because of the risk of wildlife). The host kept insisting on me giving a 10* review "8 or 9 is no use, it has to be 10". This was uncomfortable and awkward. This place is nice enough but is not a 10* place.

The family is very accommodating, they still waited for us even if its late check in The treehouse. they have constructed it as a treehouse outside but inside looks like a hotel.

The view of the Lion Rock and the Piduranga Rock is not visible in our room. Maybe because we book that simplest one.

so peaceful and clean, great gateway..So friendly owner always there to help us with any request. Just beautiful i highly recomended this place

It was authentic, well located, had great breakfast and wonderful staff. WiFi worked.

It’s a tree house so of course it’s not top facilities in terms of bathroom, aircon and no swimming pool. Nothing I didn’t know when booking.

The property was so sweet, little tree houses in the forest, felt super safe and the host where beyond helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a lovely selection of food. Hosts helped organise Taxis and day plans for us and made sure we got reasonable local prices :)

A little wear and tear in the rooms but added to the charm! Everything was lovely
