Clean and good location

No heat for spa, cold pool, we could hear plant and equipment running on and off all night, no power point to plug in bed side lamp. First world problems huh

"Disappointment as it was at the top of our budget."

We had 2 cold showers. There was a problem with the hot water. They had someone fix it but it was cold again the next morning when we got ready to leave. There was nowhere to put the soap in the shower , (slipping hazard) and no tissues.

It is a walking distance to the main strip and Ocean.

When we arrived and walked in, there was an overpowering smell of bleach throughout the unit which got a little bit better towards the end of our stay. When we came home and had to do the washing, we noticed my husbands T-shirt, my brand new hoodie and one black sock had bleach stains on them. This was undoubtedly caused by bleach from thevapartment, as we don't use bleach or chlorine in our household. I am extremely disappointed and believe it's totally unnecessary to use that amount of bleach for cleaning, especially when the bleach has not been totally wiped off. I have attached photos of the items that were bleached stained. Whilst my husbands T-shirt and sock was not brand new, my hoodie was purchased on our way to Ocean Grove. I have messaged management regarding this issue and have yet to hear from them. Also found ants on the single bed my son slept in. We then transferred him to the other bed in the bedroom. Although it states the spa is heated- it wasn’t whatsoever. Another lady staying in one of the other room raised the issue with management. We noticed a lady who appeared to be the owner/manager walk around to try a resolve the issue but had no success.
