Ocean Grove Chalet

Great location. Assigned parking for your room. Plenty of towels supplied. Ok sized room.

Dusty bed and bed side table lamps. Very noisy rooms. Constant noise from pool all night. Could hear other guests. The light switches and power points were all broken. Was concerned for safety to use them. Some didn’t work at all. Netflix didn’t work. There was a note we could call them to troubleshoot, but didn’t want to call them late at night.

The location was Excellent

The bed dunna was far too hot for summer. We needed to run the A/C at 19 degrees which mens that the cost is far roo high. Just provide a suitable blanket and the A/C can stay off which will reduce your costs. Needmore shelving in the bathroom for ladies stuff.

Comfortable room and great location. Loved having a designated car park and pool/sitting area. Definitely worth the stay.

It was convenient

The bathroom was not clean on arrival, with the last person's soap and shampoo still in the shower. We stayed 4 days and did not see 1 staff member. We were not supplied enough sugar for 1 day for coffee and it was not replenished throughout our stay. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, would benefit from a mattress topper.
