Room was excellent value for money. Disappointing that no shower gel or shampoo provided but not the end of the world. Mattress very thin but other than those things all good.

Lights where missing in the bathroom over the mirror .

Smells so strongly of cigarettes, burn marks on the furniture, felt overall dirty and run down

Shower not working No facilities provided as promised

I mean for budget accommodation it’s okay. I wasn’t expecting 5 star treatment for the money I paid. The room I had provided an electric jug for making tea but they didn’t put cups. We were using mc Donald’s plastic cups- we had bought drinks earlier. The toilet had a brownish colour looked like poo. But I am thankful I had a place to sleep for those nights

First room I was offered had a bad smell of stale cigarettes. Second room was in a bad state of repair. I didn’t ask to look at another room and I left. I was amazed later when I was told I wouldn’t be getting a refund

Room had everything you needed including a fridge.

Room was clean and tidy bonus was a microwave in the room only down side was shower head wasnt functioning properly with water going allover the place looked like saseal had gone otherwise good stay

Shower was not working properly. No power points around the bed. Mould under the shower in the silicon. A fridge would be nice
