Hotel is getting old. Not the cleanest place. Smells of water damage and you can see signs of it. Good location but needs an overall.
I have reserved a room thru Hotels.com specifically to stay at the Chalet hotel. When we got there, the place was closed and there was note on the door to call sister property. I understand the situation, however , a little notice would have been nice. So we drove to the other hotel, and at the registration I was told that my prepaid booking was cancelled. It took almost ten minutes for them to sort it out. The room was nice,except for the doors connecting to the adjoining rooms that made it feel as relaxing as a train compartment. It all worked out in the end but I really had my heart set on the Chalet.
My boyfriend and I stayed for an overnight 'staycation' on a Saturday night. There were lots of things going on at the hotel but our room was quiet and peaceful. It is really cool having a small balcony to stand on at night. We ordered the breakfast room service and it arrived hot and on time. We got plenty of coffee and had all the condiments we could need. We will be planning for a longer stay in the future. We had a club level room and I do recommend it. It comes with complimentary wifi and access to the club lounge. That is a small but nicely appointed room with free hor d'oeuvres in the evening and free breakfast in tbe morning. It gave us more options which we like.
Convenient with all the different place to eat there on the property
The only thing I would complain about is they left a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door and the covers on the bed did not seem clean. I don’t believe they wash their comforter. But other than that it was quite and the customer service was great.
We really like the place. We just wish there was a hot tub.
Very clean and great service. Work area in lobby was good with WiFi. Hotel was in a plaza with a few restaurants but only ate at one for lunch. Dinner at hotel restaurant was good with good service.
Ac units in the rooms very old and noise level is very high. I couldn’t sleep all night. I would never stay at this location again.
Beautiful hotel, but my room wasn't in the main part of the hotel, and breakfast was extra. I chose the room with breakfast included. The room was so far from the elevator too! I don't walk very well, so that was a challenge. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well.
The outside was gorgeous, and the rooms we beautiful and clean
