My 1st room was yucky sheets had holes stains on the sheets jus gross 2nd room was better .. it should be a 2/3 star and they allow dogs sucks cus I’m allergic..
We were running late for check-in so we called to let the front desk know. When we arrived, they knew exactly who we were, but they whispered back and forth and then told us to go to the other sheraton building. We got to the other building and had to wait 15 minutes for an employee. She said we were already checked in for a king room. I showed her my reservation for 2 full beds. She said they didn't have that room, but would bring a rollaway bed. We have 4 people. She said she would discount our room, but didn't. The elevator got stuck twice on our way up and the door wouldn’t open. 12th floor water pressure was so bad we could hardly brush our teeth. Our reservation clearly states Chalet, 2 double beds. They did not give us a room in Chalet and gave away all double beds so we had an uncomfortable stay.
We had a big group and 2 of our couples had to go somewhere else, because when they got checked in their rooms, some people were already in there.. it was embarrassing, they apparently over booked and sent our friends somewhere else and acted like it wasn't a big deal.. then we get home and a few of our couple's were charged 2-4 times in their banking account.. We will never stay their agin
The hotel is a large slightly older property but clean and well maintained. Our room had a small balcony overlooking a nice pool and landscaped courtyard, comfortable beds and a good nights sleep
This is a great hotel and convenient to many nearby locations. Id recommend this for a single night or an event
Free Starbucks coffee
Older hotel, but clean and well taken care of. Only negative was I reserved a King bed with Lakefront view. I got 2 queen beds with a road view. Not ideal for anniversary.
Beautiful view of the pool and the lake. Just a 5 minute walk from our room to great restaurants, entertainment venues, and any amenity we needed. Very clean and comfy room.
