We had a nice, short stay at the Sheraton Westport Chalet. I think the room we were in was in an older part of the hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. The lobby area and restaurant/bar seemed to be considerably newer. Breakfast was very good, and everyone on the staff that we encountered was polite and helpful. Overall, we had a good experience and would certainly consider a return visit.
The hotel was great. Clean rooms and a friendly staff. Getting to the room was a little confusing; however, the trainee that worked with me didnt know she needed to explain that the ground floor is actually the 3rd floor. We figured it out. We were close to the pool so the hall was a little humid and smelled a little like chlorine but it was not unbearable. Great stay overall.
Hotel seemed unclean and elevator was either broken fully at times and 7-10min wait rest of the time. Stairwells lead do doors with no handles and fully blocked doors, not sure how they even pass the fire inspection! Fitness room is useless, nothing works and no climate control. Restaurant had very attentive and pleasant staff, good food. Only silver lining about this hotel.

We thought the room was just ok But it did have a small deck. Pool was beautiful.. great breakfast.. had a bar and restaurant.. in a really nice block of restaurants, comedy place or just to stroll around. Also close to downtown and things to go to.
One of my rooms werent ready until 530.. One of the rooms heater was stuck on. Very short staffed so couldnt accommodate people in a manly time.
This was a very clean and quite place. Staff was awesome and very helpful. Pools, the kids love them.
We were on our babymoon and had plans Saturday evening. Got there at 3pm and our room wasn't ready and they didnt have an estimated time when it would be ready. Had to cancel our reservations and find new restaurant that could accommodate our new timing and missed the beginning of our show. We were then charged for the room again when it was already paid for. Front desk said it was supposed to be charged to Expedia but they charged us instead, even though we paid a long time ago. Room was nice & hotel was beautiful. Just frustrating having to cancel plans because we couldnt get into our room.
It’s a very cute place to stay with a beautiful pool and relaxing lake view. Rooms are a little small, but worked well for 3 people. Would definitely choose to stay here again.
