Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel St. Louis

The staff was so kind and helped us a lot! The only thing about the room was that the blinds didn’t draw all the way cause one side was stuck & there was only one working elevator but everything else was amazing! The bed was very comfy, plenty of room and everything spotless. Beautiful grounds!

It was centered around night life such as resteraunts, bars, and a comedy club. The Casino and other bars were close was well off the property.

Very friendly and clean!

Great place to stay

When I first booked my room I was put in the wrong room had to lug all my things back to the front desk, then got a new room. After about four times I finally got into the room cuz I had to keep getting new key cards because the lady didn't know how to program them right. And same with the next day. But the thing that takes the cake for me is the fact that I got stuck in their elevator because it got stuck in the elevator corridor for over an hour and a half to the point they had to call the firefighters to come and get me which I was stuck at what the thing said for floor 3 and in all reality I was between 4 and 5. I had multiple panic attacks and claustrophobic, not one person from that hotel asked if I was okay communicated with me or even offered to compensate for the issues. The call for help button in the elevator does not work so had I not had my cell phone with me which was almost dead so I could get a message to my boyfriend who was up in the room waiting I probably would have been stuck in there until somebody found me and had that elevator jolted anymore it probably would have fallen down the corridor. When the firefighters got me out finally they expressed to me that this isn't the first time and they have to come to this hotel quite often because of this elevator my question is what if it was a child they wouldn't know what to do they would have freaked out just as I did and when I called to file a complaint through Expedia they basically brushed it off.

Nice grounds and outdoor pool. Liked the location in the Westport area.

The look and balconies

Great place. We stay here because we like the comedy club in Westport.

All in all it was an ok property. But is in desperate need of some love. There was paint, wall paper, popcorn Ceiling hanging or scratched off. Our bathroom was very unclean. The lady that check us in was rude and I asked her to speak up as their door was loud and she didn’t. She did not really tell us where our room was or a map to know whatever we need.

Super clean and the most comfortable bed ever but we had to hip check the door open and we tried 5 ice machines before we found one that worked.
