Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel St. Louis

Staff tried to enter the room with the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. 8 night stay, didn’t receive room service. No bottled water in rooms. Very ordinary property, terrible staffing.

Room was in need of cleaning. And paint chipping off walls.

Went to Westport Social for NYE and this location was perfect. Asked for adjoining rooms and the hotel was very accommodating. Hotel room was clean and nice, but beds were on the smaller side. Elevator was also on the smaller side.

All the staff were extremely helpful and cordial! The room was comfortable and well appointed. I recommend anyone to check this landmark hotel.

OK, place but a bit tired. The sheets and quilts were not high quality. Ended up buying some sheets myself. The AC didn't work properly -- kept going on and off randomly not in response to the thermostat. The room would go from too hot to too cold.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The staff was super friendly and funny. They were very helpful and had us laughing the whole time while they checked us in. The hotel was very nice and the rooms were very clean. We will definitely stay again when in the area!

It would be okay to think that because this hotel is in Brentwood that this hotel would be upper class, but you would be wrong. You would also think A simple paint might Suffice. Nope…Sorry…this place needs a full year down and rebuild. Across the street there is a Hilton. Spend the day xtra cash. You will thank me later. A lot was wrong with this place, but what bothered me more than anything wasn’t the damp smell or the broken tv or the sofa that white unrecognizable stains all over it, but the door that was shared with the room next to ours. Most hotels have deleted said doors out of security vulnerabilities. Plus the door allows sound to be amplified. So yes we heard the TV next door as if it was in our room. All in all never again. We recommend you stay at a Hilton or a Drury Inn.

Very nice hotel for the price. The location was convenient.

Other than having to FIGHT to get the room we paid for, our stay was fine. We ordered a King room and we walk into our room to find it is a double. I walked up to the front desk and asked for this to be fixed and was immediately dismissed. It was as if they didn't want to accommodate me because I had booked through Hotels.com. My husband then went to find a manager and demanded that we get what we paid for. Surprisingly, they had a king room available. The first front desk person just didn't want to make it happen. The room was fine. The bed was comfortable. Parking was free. It was fine once we got what we paid for.

The hotel needs updated great places to eat around parking sucks and it’s always super busy to try to get someone to help you at the desk Only thing I didn’t like is that they let animals stay there and I am very allergic and they don’t clean good enough
